Executive Committee Summary Records

The Executive Committee held its 39th meeting on 3 December 2020. The meeting took place in a virtual setting with the following participants: Markus Kummer (Chair), Eduardo Santoyo, Jimson Olufuye, Makane Faye, Nigel Hickson, Joyce Chen, Brian Cute, Chris Mondini, Wisdom Donkor, Jennifer Chung (Secretariat).

A quorum was established for the meeting, with all the nine Executive Committee members taking part in the call.

The Executive Committee held its 38th meeting on 15 October 2020. The meeting took place in a virtual setting with the following participants: Markus Kummer (Chair), Avri Doria, Edmon Chung, Jimson Olufuye, Nigel Hickson, Nilmini Rubin and the IGFSA Secretariat: Jennifer Chung, Kelvin Truong.

The Executive Committee held its 37^th meeting on 17 September 2020. The meeting took place in a virtual setting with the following participants: Markus Kummer (Chair), Marilyn Cade, Edmon Chung, Makane Faye, Nigel Hickson, Jimson Olufuye, Eduardo Santoyo, Jennifer Chung (Secretariat), Kelvin Truong (Secretariat).A quorum was established for the meeting, with seven of the nine Executive Committee members taking part in the call.

The meeting took place in a virtual setting, with the following participants:Marilyn Cade, Edmon Chung, Avri Doria, Makane Faye, Nigel Hickson, Markus Kummer,  Eduardo Santoyo, Jimson Olufuye; Jennifer Chung (Secretariat), Kelvin Truong (Secretariat).  Anja Gengo from the IGF Secretariat was also in attendance.A quorum was established for the meeting, with eight of the nine Executive Committee members taking part in the call.

The Executive Committee held its 35th meeting on 6 November 2019. The meeting took place in a Montreal, Canada, in the margins of the ICANN meeting held there. The following members took parts in the meeting: Marilyn Cade, Edmon Chung, Makane Faye, (participating remotely), Markus Kummer (Chair), Jimson Olufuye (Treasurer), Eduardo Santoyo; Jennifer Chung (Secretary).
